IA-systemet kräver från och med den 1 oktober 2025 stark autentisering. Det innebär att man inte kommer att kunna logga in i detta system efter den sista september, om man inte har konfigurerat stark autentisering. Observera att stark autentisering för nuvarande enbart gäller anställda på universitetet. Studenter behöver inte använda stark autentisering för att anmäla ärenden i IA-systemet. Stark

Friskvårdsersättningen höjs 2026

Från och med den 1 januari 2026 höjer Lunds universitet friskvårdsersättningen från 1 870 kr till 3 000 kronor per år. Det beslutade universitet den 6 november 2025.  Friskvårdsersättning är en förmån som erbjuds alla anställda vid Lunds universitet, oavsett anställningsform. Även den som är föräldraledig eller sjukskriven kan ta del av friskvårdsersättningen.Detta gäller för övergångsperioden 202

LU byter ärendehanteringssystem till Supportcenter 1 december 2025

Det ärendehanteringssystem som sektionen HR tidigare använt har idag, den 28 november, stängt. Universitetet öppnar istället upp Supportcenter, en portal för support och ärenden, den 1 december 2025. Nya regler gällande ersättning för mertid från 1 januari 2026

Mertid är den arbetstid som en deltidsanställd arbetar utöver sin ordinarie arbetstid, men inom heltidsmåttet.
